I live in Manukau, Auckland and looking for some good classes. Im really fit but have Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction and have been told I cant even walk- let alone all the workouts I have been doing (boxing, gym etc) and that the pool is the only place I can go! ANy good classes- I dont mind driving into town for them.
