Depends on your cycle, like the others have said. For a starting point try taking your first test about 15/16 days before your period is due. Depends how long your cycle is......My cycles are 25 - 26 days and I start CD9 and usually get a +ve on CD10. I use about 2 or 3 OPK's per cycle as I know I OV then.
