Don't change it HB. Everytime I see your username I smile as that was what DH and I used to call each other before life got in the way. lol. Are you putting your new user name in the Forum Handle box? and not in the preferred name box?

Check with Kelly (thekelly) because she was having problems- sometimes it would come up with her old username and sometimes her new one- but she seems to have got it sorted so maybe she can help?

Hunny Bunny, I had the same problem. I honestly tried for about 6 months last year...it just wouldnt change. And that was tried from 3 different computers, internet connections...on many occasions. Are you clicking on Profile which is next to PM or are you clicking "My Profile" in the view cart pink line?? Because you want the my profile one to be able to change it

I got DH (computer geek) to tell me how to clear cookies and cache... And it's still doing it

Hmm, I just changed mine (now to go change it back before someone else takes it!!!). Have you deleted your cookies and cleared your cache? That's the only thing I can think of at the moment... Let me know if that works and if not, I'll investigate further.

Thats exactly what I'm doing- I've tried clicking on 'edit profile' from the box on the left, and on the list in the middle of the screen (does that make sense?)

And still, no matter what I put in, it says that handle is already in use. Or it doesn't say that (so I'd thought I'd changed it) but when I go back into it, it's back to Hunnybunny

Hey Hunnybunny, you're in the right place -- click on My Profile, then click on Edit Profile, then type something into your Forum Handle field, then click Update. If that doesn't work, can you let us know what steps you're taking and what error message you're getting?

I'm clicking on "my profile" which is just along the same 'pink bar' from Browse our store... It just won't work???
