Hi ya
I just told my story in the male factor thread.
Apart from to say that I got my BFP after the first attempt at DI!!!! and that was after the Dr harping on at me about needing to lose weight (I didnt) before I stood any chance of getting preg.

don't know if you have tried any overseas message boards - I know on Fertility Friend they have quite a number of people who are using donor sperm from all over the world, although you do have to become a VIP (ie spend money) to be able to access their forums, another option is to look for a site closer to home (ie in australia)

hi

am just waiting for my donor to clear quarantine before IUI starts so can't say my own stats

that said my understanding is that IUI (wether donor or your partner's sperm) success rates will depend on a number of things but because they are timed really well then you have a better chance than trying naturally - there are some stats that say 25% however that does also depend on the woman's age

for example i am 40 so have been told that i have a 10% chance with each IUI cycle

that said I am on an overseas board and there are people that have conceived on their first time - think it's like anything and there is abit of luck involved in the whole process

your clinic will be able to give you some idea on what they think would be your chances
