I always put it straight onto her skin! It didn't appear to irritate her skin. I've only had to put a wooley singlet on her a few times tho cause she is a very warm baby. Will know to put a cotton singlet underneath from now on! ]]>

With Lily it is fine, we washed them before putting them on.<br /><br />When I was a baby I wore woolen singlets and had no problems.<br /><br />Hope that helps... <br /><br />ETA: I am talking about soft wool, merino, etc. Not the rough wool. <span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by nkap9</span>]]>
