We give Addison her last feed at 10pm but thats the routine we have chosen. If you are happy with the times Jake is sleeping then dont fix what aint broke as they say!]]>

I remember my plunket nurse telling me to give him another feed when i went to bed but i never did. For the last feed of the day i used to add in another feed at the end of awake time so he knew it was long sleep time. In saying this Jack still doesn't sleep through so maybe i should of tried it lol.]]>

I'm a night owl, so I was all for anything that would get her sleeping longer in the morning lol.]]>
