They work on the balance ball principal.

So you have to use your core to help stabilize you as the soles are not flat like a normal pair of shoes.

I wouldnt fork out that much money ... you might as well get yourself a duradisc for a fraction of the price and stand on it while watching tv.

I was looking at getting some but also would like to know if anyone has used them & if they liked them first.

I rang up the NZ number for them & was told that you can not run in them as you will fall on your face. does anyone have a pair or know anyone that does? Do they work? I saw some the other day as I want to casual shoes for walking round in and thought what a great idea but am not keen to spend that much money if they don't actually do what they say they do.
