Oh dear, it could be a problem if your a little worried about being "watched" & Bubs is in the room with you.

Never really bothered me while Alex was little, but he was generally in his own cot anyway.
Once we did it while he was wide awake on the bed beside us though. Spencer reckoned that he needed to learn by watching the best anyway...cheeky blimen male.

Now Alex is abit older we tend to keep him locked out of our room but only coz he was asking us "what's that???" lol!! I don't even like doing it if someone is sleeping over... lolol that's cute and disturbing all at the same time.
We did the blanket thing too, but other than that would have a big mink blanket to put out on the ground in our lounge in front of the gas heater (come on, we didn't have a fireplace, lol)

LOL - theres nothing like the horror you feel the first time your kid walks in on you in the middle of doing the deed. The worse is when they give you this big grin cos they know exactly what you were doing and then like to watch you squirm when they ask.

When Christopher was really young (under one)and we were all in one room we did the blanket on the sides and were really really quiet. Lets just say that we didn't stay with that set up for very long!!

I'm with what mum2emj is - asleep, blanket over the sides. Its not the same but then is it ever with kids in the house. when baby is asleep, go to another room. Its heaps harder with two kids thats for sure.
