If you're a back sleeper, try putting a pillow under your knees, apparently this helps keep a bit of a curve in your spine. And I found a wheat bag really good as well. ]]>

I got referred to the hospital physio and it was free.  My back pain started at about 10 weeks, supposedly something to do with the hormones.]]>

I let it cool a bit when it came out of the microwave so it wasn't hot-hot iygwim, but more warm/hot and the mw said it was safe to use.<br /><br />Or you could try soaking in a warm bath.]]>
