DH has done it all himself.<br /><br />Before we started I asked around and was told $1200-1500 per m2 but then I would think it largely depends what you are adding on, bathrooms and kitchens are alot more expensive than bedrooms]]>

Some building companies are really struggling for work at the mo so will drop their prices and take a hit in their margins to get work.]]>
