Oh yes my sister has all sorts of issues but is refusing to see anybody, they come to her house (my parents) but can't even get her out of her room.

Thank you so much there are a lot of great ideas. We have brought her a lot of jewelry over the years but it just sits in her room, she has no reason to ever wear it. I am liking the idea of a pandora bracelet though.... or a jewelry box :P

I don't know if she would appreciate anything that involves leaving the house, tickets somewhere, shopping day, beauty salon.. I think it will only stress her out more.
We are still holding our breath she will even make it to the dinner.

A twist on jewellery, does she have stuff already? What about a jewellery box?

A necklace one of the photo ones with photos of the girls in it?

A scrapbook half done, with photos of the girls with her (you must have some around?) and then pages where you've set up eg *a day at the beach with aunty*
and have no photos? It might help encourage her to get out? Then it's kinda a on-going present and the girls can help her finish it?

Find/write a poem about her, or just a nice poem (family? aunty poem?) and then get the girls to decorate frame etc?

Get a key, but get the girls to decorate it?

Something like cocktail glasses and a cool cocktail book? (Something you can share with her?- A note with it for a girly night in or something?)

Tickets to ballet/concert/sporting event/ something on that you could do with her? Or get tickets for family? Something out of the ordinary or something you think she might enjoy ? ( ballet- out of ordinary, rugby, she might enjoy? I dunno)

Books? Photo frames? Magazine subscription?
Photography book (if shes interested?) Cook book, not just normal books IYKWIM?

Does she have her license? (Sorry just I know you didnt until recently?) Pay for her lerners/restricted/full? Driving lessons?

A voucher book you make yourself with the girls eg
-a day at the beach
-a day shopping
-one night in drinking
-a movie night
-a day playing golf (or whatever)
-a day shopping/ a day spa

Pay for a bungy jump? Sky dive? jet boat ride?

Why not give her a voucher for face painting and photos with you?

Or just do a session or two with her in the enxt week or so and put it together for her.

I would love something cute and funky like that. Esp that I could pull out with the kids and have a laugh at and tell stories about Mummy as a lion etc.

I'm hoping you lovely ladies can help me out here.
In a couple of weeks its my sisters 21st and I am really struggling to think of something special for her.
My sister isn't your average 21 year old, she has no friends Hasn't even left the house for 5 years, she doesn't do anything all day but sleep... I can't really think of anything she enjoys doing.
We are trying not to make too much of a big deal (she hates being the center of attention) so we are doing a family dinner down at a nice restaurant.
I would really love to do something special for her to make her feel loved. But I am totally stuck for ideas...??
