Thanks for all your good wishes ladies, had a message on the phone from my midwife this evening and I won't be seeing her until NEXT friday, and I guess from there we will get an appointment for a dating scan - frustrating! Though normally very light and darkish looking implantation bleeding can indeed be red... I think it was SammyA from July 10 who had 3 days of red spotting that she thought was AF but indeed it was not!

Implantation is about 1-2 weeks after so I would say 1-2 weeks before your spotting... You might be able to work it out if you know when exactly you had sex?

Also implantation blood isn't meant to be bright red, it's meant to be brownish iygwim

I reckon you'd be better off asking for a scan though

Maybe the spotting was implantation bleeding...which I think happens about a week after conception..or maybe 2 weeks...not sure. So if you went 3-4 weeks before that and pretended that was your LMP you would be due early Jan.

Hey ladies, I am after some of your knowledge and input. Just did a preg test this morning, I don't have any symptoms but was wondering why my AF has still not arrived.
My daughter is 1 next week and I have not had a proper AF, she is down to one feed a day and I had 1 little bot of blood, just when wiping a couple of times on the 26th April, but it only lasted one day, so I figured it was just my body getting closer to getting cycles again. So I was wondering what was going on did a preg test and hello I am preg, my cycles have always been all over the place, usually longer than average so guesses about due date?
