But an even better book is "Oh Baby" by Kathy Fray - its a NZ book and is a middle of the road approach to all things baby, but has really good sleep section. <img border="0" src="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0"> ]]>

I described my routine to a lady and she said it was similar.<br /><br />Basically, feeding every three hours (counting from the start of one feed to the start of the next), not letting Han go past 4 hours between feeds (as had trouble with "catch up feeding") and ermmmm... bedtime routine which consisted of a bath. Last feed was usually about 10.30pm.]]>

I like the idea of routines myself, but I know that lots of childcare professionals don't like her approach at all. I have heard lots of parents swear by it though. I think so long as whatever you do works for you and bubs thats the main thing. ]]>

Do a search on google to find some.<br /><br />But ones that I can think of off the top of my head are...<br /><br />"On becoming babywise" (Or something like that)<br />and<br />"The Contended Little Baby" (ask aimeejoy about that one)<br /><br />They are all pretty similar.
