3D are the still pics, 4D are the moving ones.

Yep, I think he thinks I am a bit of a hormonal idiot coz his letter was a bit condescending so I rang and explained that after having 11 scans this pregnancy I kind of know they should be doing...

Some of you might remember me having a big whinge last week about the sucky scan I had, and how I sent them an email telling them how unimpressed I was with how the scan was carried out...

Well... I got a letter from the big boss today offering to repeat the 4D scan so that we can get some decent images.

So just wanted to say that although I was unimpressed with their initial service, they are trying hard to make it up...
