They were twins though. I ate a lot in the last half of my pregnancy but the first half my morning sickness was so bad I lived off water and plain cooked pasta with nothing on it lol.]]>

Not unusual in my family as we tend to deliver big ones!  This one is shaping up to be about the same size.  My MW has said that the weight your bub puts on in the last few weeks is mostly due to what you eat.  If you are having lots of bread, pasta and sugar then bub will probably bulk up more.]]>

Babies will be whatever size they choose, going by a lot of factors including genetics, but PCOS (unless it has caused GD) isn't one that I've ever heard.]]>

I have PCOS, and Bubs is measuring to dates, sometimes just a wee bit smaller. <br /><br />There are lots of things which can affect a babies weight, and some babies are just bigger than others, so I doubt it's anything to stress about.]]>

I'm not eating huge amounts, am trying not to carb load too much, have put on less than 4 kilos in my first 30 weeks of pregnancy, so hope it's not just that i've got a crap diet.<br /><br />Is anybody aware of whether having PCOS can cause you to have a big baby, even if GD is not an issue?<br /><br />Thanks for reading]]>
