I just talked to my midwife and she told me to rest. I am a bit on the cold side rather than the hot. It could be, my MW advised me that I could experience headaches around 16-18 week mark as that's when the placenta takes over from you in supplying everything to bubs.
It could also be low bp if your worried check with your MW.

Has anyone else noticed this? I am getting breathless at the moment just from crossing the road and also quite dizzy.
