A big thing in being ready too is head control - they have to have enough strength in their neck to support their head.<br /><br />Oh, and be careful putting bubs in and out - I dropped Maya out of hers and had to take her to Starship... she was fine, but I felt like the worst mother in the universe!]]>

See, Jolly Jumpers are meant to be designed so that they protect the soft spine and hip bones in young babies, but moderation is the key, especially if you start them off young! 5 to 10 min blasts at a time, and if you are worried at all, go get a hip check from your Dr or the Practice Nurse. After all it is free!]]>
