the cocoon goes inside the buggy, the peanut clips on kind of lie a traditional pram and can be used till 9 months. the peanut is a lot harder while the cocoon is more like a sleeping bag with handles. They must be super over stocked on them.

I bought a black dash w/double kit back in May for $789.
I got it 3 days before Mason arrived (2 and a half months later!!) cos P&T's ran out of them. They offered me the red with peanut (well, cocoon - I assume that's the same thing?) as a replacement, which I decided to do - only to find they'd run out of those, too!
By the time I got the black one they were still waiting on the reds, so I imagine they've got a surplus of the reds now.

The pram AND the peanut for $699??? Wow that is an amazing deal.
Bugger they are not in Auckland might have to get somebody on to this and buy me one and then somehow get it up here.

Do you know how long this special goes for? Their websits is a bit basic and has no such info on it.

Edit: Just called them, the special is for the red pram only and ends today.
