You can hire individual rooms at Caccia Birch for smaller functions. Its all self catering. I had my wedding there we had the whole venue, you can use one of the individual rooms. Its also BYO alcohol if you need it brings the cost down heaps.

Mt Lees is available too.

Schools sometimes hire out their halls for private functions and you could hire a caterer.
