(by babies measurements) but try to just tell yourself your body knows what its doing and is born to do this even with endo or not :)

But I found out I was pregnant on Monday and for a week before that and up until now I have been getting the constant cramps I have learnt to live with since going off the pill in April. Being so early on in my pregnancy (5 weeks tomorrow) I am paranoid it's a miscarriage or ectopic preg (spot the first timeer!!!). But this thread has made me feel a bit more at ease. I'm not bleeding or anything you just read that the 'normal' early preg cramps should only last a day or two and shouldn't inconvience you but mine hurt quite a bit. They seem to be worse since I stopped taking Vitex on Monday (when I found out).

Ive never had period pain, jsut crippling abdo pain so hopefully the contractions wont be worse then usual..

might find those flaxseed pills and tart takign them.. nothing to lose by giving it a go!

Probably only thing that didn't as where my belly button ring had been it stretched really badly and got stretch marks(even though I'd removed the ring 2 yrs before getting pregnant) as well as below my belly button - so will most likely be fine!

I got mild cramps at the beginning and for a few weeks before going into labour but sounds like I was really lucky and didn't get full blown ones. I assumed I'd be able to handle the labour pain after endo cramps but I ended up wanting an epi really early!

Only one period with bad cramps since having DS though so that's been a bonus

I've had similar pains to you pretty much most of my pregnancy - but I actually found they got better after the first few months! A few things i felt helpful was gentle walks and swims (actually noticed it when I didnt go for a week or so!), took flaxseed oil & EPO to try and help with the internal scar tissue stretching and also am INSEPARABLE with my wheatbag

I'm not sure if it is normal to be uncomfortable like this during pregnancy, as I wouldnt know either! But the last couple of months of my pregnancy I actually started to feel a lot better..so hopefully this happens for you too
I'm finding the pain really uncomfey and increasing every week also since about 11 weeks.. feels like the typical endo pain that i had leading up to my prev surgeries..

i'm hoping it wont get to much worse as at times it can be excrutiating when my bladder is full and i go to empty etc.. my midwife said that woman with endo can often have much more painful births also.. eek!

or is it just normal to be uncomfortable when pregnat in general?? sorry for the silly questions, ive never been this pregnant before lol..
