Riley has always been keen - lunging at the spoon from the very first, then working out if he opened his mouth he got given another spoonful. However, now he has decided he wants to hold the spoon, which would be ok if he was coordinated enough to do it but mostly he ends up dropping it and/or smearing food all over his face, hands, clothes, etc. He gets really grumpy and frustrated and stops wanting to eat. Anyone got any ideas for dealing with this?]]>
