I'd be inclined to leave it when you've had special cuddles.

I was under the impression they did different things too, but would be worried about all the "stuff" up there lol

I use EPO on the days when we don't have 'special cuddles'. Just assumed it would be over-kill to do both...and possibly a little messy!

My midwife recommends 2 x 1000mg 'up' in the morning and 4 x 1000mg 'down' in the evening before bed... Just wondering for those who have used EPO if you have inserted it after special cuddles????

My instinct is to not bother as DH stuff would surely be better anyway.... but then I thought, could it really hurt to have both there at the same time?
