I am feeding Ben still and it hasn't returned and if going by when Jack was a baby then it won't until I stop BFing.

Sugarbaby if the pain returns or lasts for a while then I would consider going to the Dr to have it checked. I have had bad pains 4 times since last Nov. The 5th time was just over a week ago and I had an acute appendicitis, I am sure it has been 'brewing' since last year. So it pays to get it checked
