It's actually just so nice to have the moral support!! OB is a good place for that :-) I'm going to keep perservering with the dreamfeed for a few nights (did it last night) and then if she wakes only a couple of hours after that, DH is going to re-settle her and put her down again. The other thing that I'm going to do is make a *mental shift* - rather than expect her to sleep through, I'm going to rewind back to early days when I expected to get up...that way, when she wakes before say, 4am, I won't feel that pang of disappointment that I've felt each night in the last couple of weeks. ....what do they say...this too shall pass...She's a settled happy button, and we'll get there with this sleep thing!! THANK YOU ALL

(

In any case, take it easy on yourself during the day - I find writing myself lists of things that need doing helps (otherwise I tend to forget), but also knowing that as long as the bare minimum is done the rest can definitely wait.

She had a cold a fortnight ago, and is now waking frequently. She goes down absolutely no trouble at 6pm each night, and rather than doing her 10-12 hour stint, is now waking about 3 hourly. I've read all the sleep store stuff etc...but am just tired! So, thought I'd post here to get a few "when my DD/S did that I did this......." responses....and I'll pick an approach to go with!

Would really appreciate some responses ladies! x
