We've found it fantastic for keeping DS out of SIL's lounge.]]>

We had to get an extension as we have a wide doorway at the top of our stairs - we had to buy the extension separate.  It's good coz it opens both ways and it's like a pool gate in that it swings back and closes itself, and it's pretty hard for little hands to open (can also prove difficult for big hands!!).  The only thing I don't like about it is the gate opening it quite small and narrow.]]>

I think for memory we paid $50 for it off Ebay (Brand new).<br /><br />Its not this exact one from this seller but its similar <a href="http://cgi.ebay.com.au/NEW-Baby-Pet-Safety-Swing-Gate-Barrier-/400163207614?pt=AU_Safety&hash=item5d2b95f9be#ht_3888wt_1000" target="_blank">linky</a><br />We are in a rental so needed one that worked on pressure rather than screwing it into the wall. And it works well here.]]>
