    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=22977">MyLilSquishy</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 36226<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 14 October 2010 at 9:00am<br /><br />i never got the book lol. i got a watties sheet from plunket about what foods at different ages and just ignored the suggestion to puree. <br /><br />started with broccoli/cauliflower/banana. moved up to carrot/potato/pumpkin. then added meats into the range. also breads and plains crackers. he loves vegemite. had a hashbrown and some meatloaf with us for dinner last night. eats 2 min noodles (flavourless) and other pastas. <br /><br /><br />normally whatever we are eating. (but without the extra seasoning) but then again the meatloaf i made had egg soy sauce and tomato sauce mixed into it lol. <br /><br /><br /><br />and just big enough chunks that he can grab and hold onto. broccoli and cauli are great to start with because they have the "stalk handle" lol.]]>

Its a good read even if you dont do BLW <img border="0" src="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0"> <br /><br />ETA Jackson eats most things. He does prefer things are plain though, so can get a bit fussy on strange or things for an acquired taste . It's got lots of info - really good info! <br /><br />We're doing it and it's great! Lily eat's anything! We did spoon feeding but she hated it and as soon as we switched she was eating everything and now will eat whatever she is given! I think it's really improved her coordination too. ]]>
