I have 2 of those pillows with the little tiny beans inside that you often see for sale in the stalls in the middle of the mall aisles.... Put one behind my lower back and one under my bump. They completely mould around you and arent too firm/soft... plus they dont take up too much space in bed. Seems to work well on my sore back!

So I did the tri pillow between the knees, and then put two normal pillows behind my back(i slept on my right side) and this made sleeping sooooooo much better!

The reason why the pillow between the knees works so well is because it levels your hips out, without it your leg kinda drags your hip and belly down, if you get what i mean, so the pillow keeps you all even and in line!

I initially bought a full length pillow from Spotight but that was no good for me, but others have sworn by it. Pillow between the legs does nothing for me either, just makes my inner thighs sore instead. A few weeks ago I sucked it up and bought a dreamgenii pillow ($80!) and its okay, some nights I use it and others its cumbersome and annoying. Other people have suggested tri pillows which would probably be as effective as the dreamgenii.

Like Kelly, my need for pillows diminished as time went on, and came back about 32 - 33 weeks (hence getting the dream genii) so maybe try some normal pillows first and see how you get on.

Sorry not much recommendation there from me! actually I remember at your stage sleeping with a pillow under my legs (as opposed to in between them) and that worked quite well for a few nights.

I'm looking for a recommendation; I'm 23 weeks now and am waking up with really achy legs and bum like I've just done a big lower body workout at the gym! I think it has something to do with the weight of lying on one side and then the other all night long.

What have you used and what did you think?

TIA!
