I was told you could still eat dairy though. But perhaps that might be something to do with heart burn that also goes with it - I don't know. <br /><br />Basically everything in moderation, try have a balanced diet of fruit, veges, and all the other food groups and you should be fine. You can still have fatty foods just don't have it at every meal. <br /><br />Gallstones really suck but you soon work out what you last ate before an attack and can work out a pattern, for me it was burgers of any kind or baked beans! ]]>
