Otherwise put them out in the sun. As far as I know the napisan babycare is fine. A kind friend has given us 4 small peapods and 1 medium with heaps of inserts.

They don't look any larger to me than the small bummis we have so don't think they will last very long as my twins have about outgrown the bummis.

Anyway I wasn't going to say no to them as we may get a bit of use out of them and the inserts may be handy as extras.
