I second the Kmart ones, I bought 2 pairs and have lived in them. Because they are maternity ones, you can actually have them over your bump if you want and they don't dig in. I'm a size 18 (with big thighs now!) and I had to get a medium as the store didn't have any large! And the medium works great for me! they're the type of material that would shape to your body! I bought some from pumpkin patch a week ago (they had a 30% off sale so were $17 or something) and they are the best! As I've put a ton of weight on and stretch really well! Me too.
