You get your physical energy back because your body is no longer working so hard, but the kind of tiredness you get from interrupted sleep is worse than the sleep disturbances of pregnancy! Hope that makes sense!

Its ridiculous how lethargic i am - and my iron levels are fine.

I have been told that the tiredness of late pregnancy is worse then the tiredness of having a newborn - i don't know if that is true, and if it isnt no one tell me because i'm living in hope!

And I'm on some really good stuff now! Definitely noticed the difference! I think the not sleeping well at night would probably affect it as well! Thanks, will try and rest as much as possible. And when I get that burst of energy, will do some preparations lol

I really want to get the babies room sorted and clean the house and prepare cause I'm scared the baby will come early and nothing will be in it's place.

My husband and I are going to start working on the babies room etc this sat. But I have all of a sudden gotten a bit anxious about not getting it done. But all I've wanted to do this past week is sleep all day!!

Any tips or similar experience's?
