I used to work in HR.

Keep the letter short (no more than 1 page) and to the point.

Basically say what you like about the position, and what skills/experience you have that would suit the role. Maybe put these in bullet points.

And a brief paragraph about who you are outside of work.

Also let them know the best way to contact you, and when you would be available to start the job.

So its time for a new job but i need to write a new covering letter. Anyone go any tips or any good websites?
