Raw or cooked! This is after offering it more than 20 or so times over recent months. So it will most likely get better at some stage.

The corn makes them naturally sweet tasting and if I have leftover potato or cauliflower I'll mash a little and mix it through. I get her to help me prepare them and she loves this part, stiring the flour and corn egg etc. Then I cook them while she plays with water and the sink so it's always been a fun association.

Lol, I've found things get tried more often when they're on a pizza
Her advice was to hide them (so the grating etc) and to make them exciting.

My DS will eat potatoes and bananas and that is about it. She suggested dipping strawberries in hundreds and thousands but he wouldn't have a bar of that.

I have to admit I have stopped stressing about it. He otherwise eats a varied, home-cooked, healthy diet and ultimately I can't make him eat veges and fruit. I just hope that he grows into it sometime soon

I just either add pureed veges into things Im cooking for him or give him the shop bought pureed vege and fruit foil pouches as a "smoothie" which is sucks straight out of the pouch. Also I grate veges like zuchinni, carrot, mushroom & brocolli into his meat patties and spag bol etc. Maybe you could give him the fresh bought ravioli with meat and veges inside since he likes pasta?
