I'm not going to go too crazy, especially because my work mates might start to get suspicious!

Edited by Little_Red

Just limit it to 2 espresso coffees or 4 instant a day. So don't feel bad if you do have the odd cup!!

But I found the ginger and fruit teas really good for MS, and caffeine free hot drinks are more efficient at hydrating you if you can't keep much down. Hopefully you don't get MS tho!! Green teas on the other hand made me .

St Johns Wort is the only other one I can think os to stay away from your entire pg.

Oh, if you can find it- usually at an organics store- nettle tea is excellent for throughout pregnancy

Edited to add- I think coffee is fine in small quantities. I drank a cup a day throughout both pregnancies, it's when you're more like a 6 cup a day kind of gal that you might wanna cut back lol you might find in a few weeks you'll go right off it anyway!

Edited by Emmecat

I used to only have one or two cups a day so I don't think it's going to be too tricky....!
Anyway, my work stocks a big supply of herbal teas in the lunch room but I'm not sure which ones I can have. There are things like ginger, chamomile, strawberry, raspberry etc etc. Can anyone help? Thx
