I have never seen a osteo...but I see my chiropractor every week...

I'd also recommend an osteopath, I'm nearing the end of my second pregnancy and have been seeing mine weekly to keep on top of hip problems and SPD, and she's been fantastic. She specialises in pregnant women and babies. I highly recommend osteopaths who specialise in pre and post natal treatment. I started getting a really sore back and also rib pain in the second trimester, after one treatment the pain was gone! I only went back once more and now I am having an appt in my due date week to make sure my body is prepared for labour.
I have had really good results and would not hesitate spending the money, as it is your wellbeing at stake!

If you can ask around locally. I went to one osteopath and wasn't very impressed, but my dad recommended another one and he was great. I would see an osteopath. I've been to both and much preferred the techniques of the osteopath - much gentler - and without the hard sell that I've experienced with a chiropractor.

Hi i was wanting some advise, am think of going to see a osteopath before i'm due, but wondering which was better a chiropractor or osteopath.
I'm really hoping to have a natural birth, after to em-csections so am willing to give anything a go, to try and get things sorted, so any ideas suggestions would be appreciated.
