I used reusable ones but I forget the brand name...they were really good, didn't bunch at all and absorbed heaps. They may have been avent ones? Had lacey stuff on the outside and the inside was so nice and soft.

I use the johnsons pink ones...

But when my milk came in, I used pads down my bra- worked GREAT and so much more absorbent, and cos they are soo much bigger it meant no matter what way I was lying I wouldn't leak onto my top

Pigeon worked fine for me! I never used the sticky part on any breastpad. Never had any bunching...

I also needed more than one overnight.

I loved the pigeon ones, they always stayed in place for me, they did bunch up a bit sometimes but that wasnt really an issue.
I liked the pink J&J ones too, but I actually found they scratched me and moved to the side of my bra all the time lol

Cloth ones made with hemp or bamboo def work the best. You can often buy them on trademe quite cheap. Make sure you get large ones - I have F cup boobs and the ones I use are about 10-12cm across. At night I also sleep with a towell underneath my chest.

You could try getting an old fashioned flat cloth nappy and putting it down your top when sleeping. otherwise I found the pigeon ones fine just needed to change regularly. Overnight, I'd use 3 reusables in each cup and sometimes a flannel as well - I wa an E with Dan. This time, I'm just using Pigeon or pink Johnsons (not the other Johnsons ones - they're evil) and am finding them fine so far.

If you get reusables, it's worth making sure they have good absorbancy. Ecomoon ones are often recommended - they have hemp or bamboo in the middle to hold the milk; PUL on the outside to keep it from leaking and fleece or cotton by the skin. I have Fs lol and the pink johnsons ones were my fave..But I had the perfect amount of milk. I did fill them occasionally but not too often. But I also changed them alot. At night they slid around abit but I managed.

I found Johnsons (pink box) ones last time to be the best - although everyone raves about pigeon, I just found they didn't hold their shape well enough, and got all bunched up. The Johnsons ones are a bit 'stiffer', so don't know if that will appeal or not! (just got them from supermarket). They're no bigger than normal disposables, but I found they worked ok (went up to a J cup last time ).

Hi,

Does anyone with large boobs have a recommendation for big breast pads? I am using standard size disposables and find that they get full very quick, and because I am an HH cup they aren't big enough as my nipples don't stay in place as such.
