The last time I used them I got a positive and within 24hrs got the ov pain that I get then roughly 12 days from then is when I get AF. I would just BD as much as poss while you've got the pains and the day or 2 after to cover your bases.
Hope that's helpful.
Good luck :)

So perhaps it wasn't Ov?? but it was definitly down low and very simliar to period pain.
This is my first cycle since having my mirena removed, so I don't know my cycle or normal symptons yet. I thought i would leave it a cycle or two before temping, but am checking CM.

Will be interesting to see how many days after this pain I get AF

It could be when the ovum is actually released, or from small amounts of blood/fluid leaking afterwards and irritating the abdominal lining or from spasming of the fallopian tubes and uterus... Different sites say different things though!

This month I started out having twinges on my left side, which became almost stabbing, lasting about 12 hrs. Then a day or so later it turned to lower abd cramps. Had to take painkillers yesterday for them

I reckon u could have ov'd either friday or saturday, but yeah it's really hard to know what's goin on in there w/o temping, etc.

I haven't been temping and therefore am guessing when I might have ov'd too..
