Harvey Normans recently had LCD photoframe key rings for $5 (you know those ones you normally plug in and it plays all your pics...) we got one of those for a secret santa. My first instinct was to say a block of chocolate (was recently given a block of Lindt Intense Mint which is more expensive than the likes of Cadbury or Whittakers so a little bit more 'special' I guess)

Another thought, a small photo frame...
