Yeah I doubt thats a tooth, if it is, it will feel hard.

You will know when its a tooth (yeah right your thinking), but you will. You can usually see two or three little bumps side by side under the gum, sometimes they take ages to get anywhere and others pop through really quick. My PN told me that white dots aren't actually teeth. Coz the teeth come up in like a slit thru the gum (DS got his one sunday and is still just a sharp line thru the gum)
I don't think it's a mouth illness tho.
