That way you won't be thinking about how much time you have left to sleep and should be easier to drift off again.]]>

I'm only 19 wks.<br />Earlier on I was having an afternoon/early evening nap because I was so tired, and I was blaming that for my early morning wakeups.  Now I've been avoiding naps and even going to bed a  bit later, but I'm still waking up around 4 / 4:30 am and can't get back to sleep (until 5 min before my alarm goes off).<br /><br />]]>
