I got a kids  roll on from the chemist yesterday (can't remember the brand) that says it is suitable for 6months plus. All of the other ones say 2+ so it pays to read the back of them.

There is a Tui insect balm, it does have beeswax in it though which i'm not too sure about, but I used it on my 4 month old once. I will be buying some for myself, but my girl is 1 now.

I don't know about the regular ones, but most of them have DEET which is fairly nasty stuff. We got one from Health 2000 when sproglet was little (like 4 months) and we were travelling to Aussie. Does anyone know if there are any insect repellents out there that are safe for babies under 1 year?
