Kinda feels like my tummy is flipping on the inside but not extreme, but just noticeable :D

Also heard the kicks at the midwife last time! was sooo cute haha. sounded like a little wooshing sound. I said to the MW "whats that!?" and shes like "that is your baby moving" hehe aww I was like omg soo cute :)

Edited by StephiG

A bit of mild cramping and pulling though but I have been told thats normal.

The other day though I had this huge sharp stabbing pain in my upper stomach like the left side of my abdomen where and I freaked out about that. I have no idea what it was but there was no blood or anyting like that and I only lasted for about 10 seconds then went away but it was very painful. I want to talk to her about that also because I think I have been worried since that day. I just dont want anything to be wrong :(

Once you start worrying it's hard to stop. But like everyone else I dont' think it sounds like anything is wrong. I've had 3 scans, the latest just 2 days ago. I worry all the time it's going to go bad.
I have felt kicks, but not often and don't think I've felt any today.
I've said to DH before, I couldn't feel less pregnant.
I'm overweight and it's a bit debatable whether I've got a baby bump or not. DH thinks my already big tum has changed shape, but that's about it.
So yes, to worry, very normal.
To lose a baby after 1st trimester is over, with no bleeding, no other indications that anythings wrong, not so normal. (that's what I tell myself, and my way of saying don't worry so much).
bowie's right talk to your LMC, that's what they're there for, don't forget the 'C' means Care. Previously I've also been told that if I'm that worried and out of town I could rock up to the midwives at the hospital, they are also there to care for pregnant mum-to-bes.

I don't say this because i think something is wrong - because everything you said sounds really normal - but just because i did the exact same thing and nothing will calm you down as much as hearing that heartbeat will.

For me, once the morning sickness eased up and i got well into the second trimester (like you are now) i got really energetic again and aside from the belly didnt feel pregnant at all. I had the same freak outs at least twice - especially because i have an anterior placenta as well and didnt feel movements until 20 odd weeks. Twice i rang my midwife in tears convinced i'd lost the baby and both times she had me in her rooms within half an hour reassuring me with the heartbeat.

Also, if i remember right you were worried about antenatel depression as well - it won't hurt to have these concerns noted by your LMC in case thats an indication of you struggling as well.
