Just water here too with the occasional massage after bath time with Weleda Baby Calendula oil if his skin is particularly dry.

We are the same as some others here, using just water for washing and then almond oil afterwards. Aqueous cream here for dry skin... almond oil for the scalp about an hour before bath time...

I massage weleda baby oil into DD before I pop her into the bath and I only use water.

I only used water in the bath until DS was about 3-4months old and developed eczema, I now use aqueous cream in the bath and all over him after the bath. It is fantastic stuff and DS has the most beautiful skin now, people often comment on it.
I often read the back of products, but there are always so many ingredients with terrible names so I have never bought anything yet. We use the same as "Red", just some almond oil, and occasionally a drop of lavender oil. I still only use water with a bit of sweet almond oil, not really a fan of many of the products on the market. I just used baby shampoo to wash DS when he was younger and used Gaia moisturiser which I have only just run out of. Now I like to use Curash bath wash and Almond oil for a moisturiser. Just wondering what stuff other mums are using on their babies in the bath and/or after the bath? I was given a few different products - Curash, Johnson&Johnson, Body Shop, Gaia and Mahu - but have only been using water to wash bubs. In the last few days I've noticed a wee bit of dry skin (on his back and a bit on his forehead) and wonder if it's time to start using something either in the bath or afterwards to help combat this.
