My MW gave me some after the birth but never thought to take it during.

I used it and gave it to my Dh as something for him to administer as I didn't wantt o be clock watching. When things really got going it felt like he was giving it to me every five minutes but time was just going fast in amoungst all that goes on.

Our local homeopathic pharmacy does a birth aid formula which has arnica in it, I went in to get arnica but got that instead.

Thanks, I am thinking I will go with the try it and see what happens approach. I had a friend tell me to take it in labour and after the birth but DD came 3 weeks early and I still hadn't bought any and it was the last thing on my mind unfortunately! Hi,
I was at our local homeopath store getting some arnica 200c drops to take after the birth and was advised that I could also take arnica during labour.

Has anyone here used, or is planning on using arnica during their labour? If so how often and what dosage did you take? I was advised to take it when my waters broke and then up to every hour to combat fatigue and sore muscles etc.
