Make sure you take a large water bottle on the plane, poke your tummy out as far as you can at check in so they might have an empty seat next to you which can make a difference lol.]]>

Drink heaps, do your ankle exercises and make sure you walk around heaps between flights.]]>

Was direct AKL - LA, 5 hrs in LA then direct LA to JFK.  A Few days later JFK - LV (Vegas), then a few days later, LV - LA, 4 hours in LA then LA - AKL.  I wore compression tights, drunk heaps, got up and walked around lots and apart from swelling big time all was good and I have a healthy 13 month old now!  ]]>
