Either way it seems to be 10% sugar... according to coke and primo), maybe its the sweetness in the biscuits that doesn't help??<br /><br />Anyway, enough ramblings... prob best to stick with plain and natural and go the dairy - yoghurt and milk are all good!!<br /><br />]]>

Is it worse at night? I found lying semi upright helped as mine was really bad at night.  <br />Ummmm that's all I could really do. When I was preggy with DS I had indigestion what I thought was bad, lots of liquid gaviscon and that kept it under control.  I don't think it really got bad till I was over 30 wks anyway.<br />With this one I'm only 25 wks and it's worse that I ever remember with DS.<br /><br />I know they say to avoid spicy / fried / fatty foods, but I'd like to hear some ideas on what I should eat.<br /><br />A standard day is toast & decaf coffee for breakfast, often toast again for lunch, dinner's usually general meat & vege.  A few bits of fruit, some biscuits and raw almonds for snacks.<br />Lately I've been having quite a bit of milk as that seems to help, but it's only a short term fix.<br /><br />Any suggestions?]]>
