I also brown in pan then bake. We cook ours in sauce, a tin of tomatoes and a maggi mediteranian meatball sachet and cook them in the oven.... I bake them on the oven tray with baking paper under them on about 150*

put them in for 15min, flip them over and give them another 10min and theyre done.

this may sound like a dumb question but does anyone have a secret for cooking meatballs? When l make my own l normally end up with weird shaped blobs that l often burn in the hope that the middle is cooked!!

l bought some little (smaller than a ping pong ball) ones from the supermarket today as they were on a good special, they are such a perfect shape it seems a shame to ruin them by squishing them like l often do!!
