We get those rice wheels and she has them I give her the pack yet she's still to finish them in one sitting so not worried about that. With the raisins I bought a big bag and some small containers and she has a handful in those, she just throws them about if they're in the little box. Works great so far!

But as I said put some crackers, or grapes, some mandarin segments anything in a small container and she gobbles it up

If you have the limit of snacks for the day in a named container (ie a packet of raisins, 4 rice crackers, a banana, some cheese etc), and they can choose each time they want a snack, they soon learn that each day you can only have "one box of raisins, but I can have a rice cracker with cream cheese and tuna, or a banana" instead. We used to have issues with DS wanting WAY too many bananas, this system worked great
