I have used it for Playcentre (I am the treasurer), we had a brilliant spreadsheet system which was very well developed. However I have just got approval to move to a web based accounting system and finding it heaps easier and quicker. Yip, I use it for my husbands farming business. I export the transactions from Internet banking into excel. I then classify each transaction, from there you can do either sumif formulas or create pivot tables. Depending on how you want your info. I find this is great for doing GST Returns, and just have to put it all together at year end.

Our accountant gave us a template to use.
