However I have just got approval to move to a web based accounting system and finding it heaps easier and quicker. I export the transactions from Internet banking into excel. I then classify each transaction, from there you can do either sumif formulas or create pivot tables. Depending on how you want your info.  I find this is great for doing GST Returns, and just have to put it all together at year end.<br /><br />I'm a bit of an excel geek, so any questions just ask :-)]]>
