I know mine was around 20 at 14DPO (HCG was 98) and I was put on pessaries as they like it to be around 40-60 from memory, in order to sustain an early pregnancy. I hope that things work out for you though.

But I can tell you, with my first pregnancy, my first blood test was done the day my period was due (I had regular 28 day cycles). The hcg was I think 26...it was definitely in the 20's anyway. They did lots of bloods after that, to check they were rising as that was low for how far along I was apparently. Anyways, she is now a busy 19month old. So I wish you all the best and will look out for your results on here!

Unfortunately, it doesn't sound good with that low a number - unless you did ov later than you thought. But yeah prog should be over 20. If it has been low at the other times, have they talked about prog support during the 2ww? When I was TTC #2 I started on the pessaries on day21 with BT day28 and would just stop them if not UTD. I have such a history of chemical pregnancies and missed miscarriages, they have based this on that. I can see their point - whereas a year ago I would have been on my knees begging for progesterone support. If I had an hcg in the 100+ range, they would offer me the progesterone. But as it is 33 at 21dpo, that in itself is not a good number.

Ho hum.
